Hafiq participated in the 2nd ASEAN-NEXUS Early Career Researchers Conclave held from 2-6 June 2026 in Singapore. During the event, Hafiq presented his research “Crowd Navigation for Robots with Focused Risk Perception”. He also had the opportunity to visit Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC), A\*STAR, Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Energy Research Institute (ERI) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE), A\*STAR where he gained exposure to their robotics facilities and working environment.
